I have had a couple seats made by PAUL COX (INDIAN LARRY) and they came out great. There was another guy who I think may be in your state that also made me a seat. I got to look on my other computer and I got him from EBAY and he sells custom seats and makes them. If you make the plate and add the foam any good seat shop could cover it for you. I had a guy in Philly that had to be in his 70's that made me a bunch of drag bike seats. So I would hit up some shops.
the bad pert is there no seat / upholstery shops left donw here and the 2 I used in columbus are open anymore, I have the pan made just looking for some one to cover it,I'll tri misfit skinny not sure if he does this style of seat or not.THANKS GUYS
