I like the red guard.........think it is to big though it draws the eye to it.............with the tracker seat the colour is balanced to the front to much.......

Chrome guard makes to much silver/chrome especially as the frame is silver

Cut it down a bit, ......................................more off the front ....................................................................and a little of the back

I have my fenders both painted but actually prefer the chrome on a standard look bike BUT if the bike is modified like yours
with that neat rear fender then the front looks better painted and a little more modern.
Actually considering going back to chrome front/rear fenders on mine.Just looking for a nice condition front.I have mint rear fender already to replace the rear painted unit

Hey! I thought you gave the bike to your son..............

May look ok on your/sons bike as the frame is black...........with the silver frames a chrome guard absorbs
 
Yes, it’s his bike now but he’s still learning to ride it plus I’m still doing all the maintenance until he learns. The condition of the gift is the bike can never be sold, must stay in family. I ve spend to many hrs and years on this bike to let it go!!
