2021 Vintage Yamaha Rally (20th Anniversary)

It started as a vintage Japanese motorcycle rally. It was taken on and kept alive by the XS11.com group. As that group began to wane, we moved it to Vintage Yamaha, beginning with 2016. The move to the Iron Horse happened in 2011.
I recall several different names..but in 2010 it was referred to as the XSive riders rally...I can still visualize it on that portable sign that was at T.W.O

The move to the Iron Horse brought the name XS Southeast. XS Southeast still may have a Facebook page. I turned it all over to someone else.

C'mon border!!!!!

If its open, I'm comin'!
Pete would you ride down there or trailer the bike? I’d really like to go but on October 1st I’m supposed to leave for Vegas with the car club. Might be too much crammed into a short time.

Rally tee shirts are pre purchase only. Get them here. Old man tan happens to be my favorite color!

Just got a notice from Iron Horse. They have a three night minimum for weekends. Pretty sure the wife is not going to go for that.

The plan right now is for me to be there Friday only. I'm going thru there on my way to a British Car Show in Asheville and then a run up the BRP so I will be on the FJR.

I had a great time this year, but there was only 1-XS650. Yes, that's right, only one. Outrageous! That was partially my fault because if I brought mine, there would have been 2. I brought my new love! It was weird there without the Canadian crew and gggGary! We few had fun, some really good rides and the weather was perfect. Picts are on my other computer. I'll post them on Monday. Hope you all are safe and well!

Oops, I forgot to mention that I missed Marty also! Sorry, Marty!

How many Viragos were there? My guess is only one. If you had been on your 650, then none.

Oops, pressed the wrong button. Here we go! Now, the ultra fantastic 96 Virago 750!

A gorgeous V-Max. Can't remember the year, but 80's. Never saw one up close. It was immaculate!

Uh, oh! Who let Mike the Harley guy in? I guess it's ok, since I now own a "Yama-Harley!"

Oh, I didn't get any picts of the race ready, water-cooled, 350 RD's? Both were red. Really cool!
