I received my terminals (3.5mm bullet connectors etc) today and what a surprise! They look great. The quality is good and the shipping was fast. A far cry from the Chinese sourced terminals I`ve used in the past. Ratranger posted this link in another thread, cycleterminal.com I was really impressed! If your doing a build and are faced with having to wire it up you need to check this place out. Thanks Ratranger.

FWIW use the right size crimp on connector for the wire. Makes a huge difference.

Who sells good quality crimp on ring terminal connectors? Looking for bare ones as I usually heat shrink tube them after crimping. Amazon stuff is usually of lesser quality and very soft metal. Looking for sizes 18 ga - 14 ga.

I recommend you buy them from Aircraft Spruce. There will be no question about the quality. FWIW, I have purchased wire from them too. Aircraft wire is plated with tin.

I got some nice ones from McMaster-Carr but I'm not sure if they sell to Canada.

Thanks 5T. We can buy stuff from McMaster Carr but usually duty, taxes and shipping charges are usually high and or unpredictable, causing me to look for alternate sources. They do have a lot of stuff though and sometimes I will purchase some items from them that are otherwise unavailable. I always was impressed by their catalogues both hard copy and digital.

When I ran a machine shop I would order from McMaster almost daily and they would have it ready for pick up in an hour or less or delivered by end of day. The warehouse was quite a place to see. Kinda looked like a mini amusement park with rollercoaster tracks all over with boxes riding on it haha.
