People have spoken various things about transverse mounted engines ever since the early BMW's
It's like watching a large V8 when you sit and rev it, the engine tweaks, torque reaction.
I've ridden a couple Bimmers, Honda Wings and not noticed anything to be worried about, However
Did a test ride on a Triumph Rocket a few years ago. Sitting at a light and being first in line and make an immediate right turn as you're pulling away is a bit awkward. Once underway however it's not noticeable. And talk about a bike that doesn't need to be downshifted if you want to make a pass at 70 mph, just grab a handful of throttle and turn it up.

Not pushing it and short shifting but cannot se any vibrations and this being a race bike with ca 140 hp

You had to have big stones to ride that to top speed. What an incredible machine!

Saw this at the grocery store today. Might be my next ride...
650 Bergman with an after market set of "training wheels" according to the feller that rides it. He's not a lot older than me but said he wasn't comfortable on big cruisers any more and this beat not riding.
