I need a front fork spacer that is attached to the bottom of the fork. I have one but the other one broke. Pot metal crap.

Thanks.
Bill

Ahhh.
Sorry I don't have one to spare, but how do you remove them from the fork tube and refit them ?
I need to remove mine in order to get the fork tubes hard chromed.
So far everyone I've asked doesn't know how to remove them.

I removed one OK but the second one broke in two. I drilled mine out.

There should be two dowel pins holding it in place. The problem I see is I have seen some welded in place or chromed in place.

I presume that your motivation for wanting to remove them is the same as mine - to get the fork tubes re-chromed.
So, assuming you get the tubes reconditioned, and that you find a used spacer, how are you planning to refit them to the fork tubes ?

No. I have a set of new fork tubes And need those spacers. I will drill and pin them and/or weld them in.
