Rather boring post gentleman but can anybody illuminate me to the size/length of the bolt identified as #11 in Partzilla’s diagram

The yamaha part # contains that info.
Something along the lines of 0830 will be diameter and length.

That's probably a typo Daniel. If you look up all other years that use the same bolt and block setup, they're the 08040 part number. As Gary sez....
the 08 means 8mm dia. and the 40 is length.... 40mm.
I randomly picked the '77....
