Whats your weather right now?

Coldest for me was -40 or -43. Cold Lake, Alberta Canada. The flat spot on the bottom of the tire stay solidly "flat" for 3 or 4 miles as you thump along. Being young and foolish, sometimes after bar closing (good idea?) Would pull off onto the ice oval race track for laps at 2 AM.

The temp has been unusually steady @ ZERO - since I woke at 10am - I think maybe the thermometer at the airport (where all the channels get the data) is stuck! Wind WSW 18mph, gusting to 40:eek:

50's yesterday, lost power about noon. 20's this morning, power still out. As soon as it gets light enough, I need to check the propane tank on the generator. Hope it's at least 1/2 full. I don't think getting it filled on Christmas weekend is going to be an option. Or, if it is, the price is going to be insane.

Weather might be bad, but I bet your job is easier than this guy's.

So far not even a flicker on the power. Mebby last weekend got all the weak sister branches out of the trees 'round here.
Was looking at generators at Farm and Fleet Wednesday, a guy lives nearby was having the same internal debate I was about the odds of another outage. Neighbor that shares our well DOES have a generator that should run the well if needed. Odd he didn't mention it during the LAST outage. :cautious:
