Bell Mag 9. Like the 3/4 helmet and has a flip down tinted visor and clear face shield. Fits my fat noggin well. Also have an old full face helmet I don’t wear often. Thinking about getting a modular helmet this summer.
Some people have novel heads...as you imply though, they too like to wear or not wear what fits! Fit is indeed, I agree, Very Important. Vital, I would say. But why don't "novelty...tts" fit? They obviously fit some people, just not you. A novel head can be the head inside...
Fit, of course, is not connected to style or appearance. That's solid old-school. Kudos Mr jet!
Speaking generally and honestly, I am fascinated by the value many see in style and appearances.
I just don't see it... And I suspect this is due to some flaw in my perception. But it may be valid that the near preoccupations with superficial things we see generally in the US are new in our History. For example in many motorcycle examples the instruments and chrome and glass bits are very pretty, but these create distracting and even blinding reflections...style over function.
In my youth this sort of gaudy stuff was generally rejected as...well, I don't want to be impolite. Something to do with young girls and boys.
I started sandblasting chrome and painting over it about 1965. Simiglassback. That said, my Sporty has yet uncorrected flaws in terms of shiny bits...but it's on the roster for corrections.

Seriously, I wore the Kraut helmet at Samoa in run whatchabrung day. Locally I occasionally don't wear a highly minimal costume to prevent men with guns bothering me.
I am satisfied by research and calculation and observation that motorcycle are dangerous. And that this danger is not mitigated by helmets. ie it doesn't matter. It's costume.

Shoei RF1200 full face..no internal sun visor...I just bought a 3/4 HJC i30. It has an internal sun shield. I like it alot...

If you get a nice, new, pricey helmet, you need to carry it around with you, like a woman with a purse.
My helmets are old, scuffed, and gross from many years of sweat. I just leave it unsecured on the bike. Haven't lost one yet.

JACKETS well they are just another form of enslavement by the man. Its just a conspiracy from the establishment trying to control you. If I had it my way we would all be wearing t-shirts. Jackets are just an addition to "the costume " and a ridicules addition to those ridiculous helmets which have come to control many a rider. O ya then you have to be careful on which color you chose because certain ones (those yellow ones ) attract attention from the man who carries a gun. And what idiot thought of those colors as if they are meant to be visible. Beside when I get in an accident I tuck and roll and come up unscathed. So tell me why do you need a Jacket anyway, maybe your vane, cause it kinda states see me and my fancy jacket. Come on you wusses hang up those fancy jackets and put on t-shirt, dont forget your flip flops because who need those fancy smancy boots.Soooo.....what jackets do you wear?
