Remove one stinking piece of metal and weld in a replacement. Took all day, didn't get the project wrapped up until 8PM.
Went through 5) 7" abrasive cut off blades cutting though all the welds, didn't break any blades. Then bust it out with cold chisels and a 2 pound hammer. The old Snap on MIG was being overworked on this project. Had to reset the panel breaker on a regular basis.
84" x 6" x 3/4" scraper bar on my snow bucket was worn away. Had to weld up some stress cracks where the bucket mounts too. It's got 20+ years of snow plowing duty on it. It won't go another 20, me either.
And now I'm sore (and grumpy) all over
