Rear spokes arrived from XS650 Direct a few weeks ago. They are correct length as are the front spokes offered by them. I use Dico Blue nylon brushes a lot nowadays after reading a tip from Gary on an older thread. I did start numbering them when they arrive.Rather than just pitching them after...

A couple sets of 75b and all years TX/XS 650 rear wheel bearings arrived this afternoon.I’m definitely guilty of being STUPID.Some day, I’ll get smarter with my thread posts.OR NOT.🤝

A light fine media blast of inner rim,inner hub,and applied hammered finish to hub.First polishing of outer brake plate and hub.I’ve found by a light blasting of inner rim allows an easier inspection.Stripping rim factory clear and initial polishing next.

Seemingly as the aging process speeds up it seems most the ole pals with similar interests and projects have passed or farther away.Just nice to follow along here so many people of different areas and ages projects and rides.👍

Spring fever here so ordered some generic number plates and put them on.Been a back burner thought for a senior class flat track ride at Davenport or somewhere one day before I get to far into being a senior.lol.Hopefully the number plates fire me up to get back to finishing the original motor...
