yes have headlight on off switch on right handlebar,has pass switch on the left bar also.

Thanks definitely no condenser under the tank on the frame. Two black wires there OK. One seems to run into the harness from the frame bracket the other is on the bracket also and I can ground that to the frame but NO condenser where it should be.

yes have the on off switch. she says se on the vin plate. shes black with steel side covers badges in gold, half chrome strip on saddle. alloy wheels disc front and rear.

yes have spark with plug grounded both plugs ann odd puff nothing like she wants to start. tried starter fluid and gas down the plug holes but nothing.

hi, looks the same my se1979 model wiring. just wondering whats the brass box for and is there a condenser in there somewhere or is it under the gas tank on the frame as mine has no condenser under the tank.Thanks.

Someone said the relay on the right hand side of the bike inside the side cover has one built in. Like the pic I posted. I'm no good at electrics. But I was wondering about condenser.

Only acquired it a few weeks back. I had an xs2 yrs ago. I'm a 400/4. Kz650 man myself. I can't get her to run. Cleaned carbs and jets twice. Valve clearance done. Spark on time for both cylinders. Compression 150 psi on both. Wont fire on easy start or gas down the cylinder direct. New battery.????
