If you are using the carbs that came with your '99 motor, they are Mikuni BST40.

I have found that turn signals require full voltage to operate. Try testing with the engine at a fast idle or with a charger connected to the battery. You may also need to clean up wiring connections to the flasher.

Partzilla seems to have the rubber bits for the gauges in stock.

Hi Evan, The JIS stands for Japan Industrial Standard. The P40 describes the size. I don't remember the specific material of these but it was brake fluid rated. I'll drop it in tomorrows mail. Gary

The XS650 O-ring is a JIS P40. If you have the same size master cylinder, let me know your address and I can mail you one. I bought a bunch when I needed them.
