    Thanks, I ended up ordering new floats. One had a pinhole and the other had some repairs that may have been weighing it down. we'll see whats next after I reset the heights and install.

    sure but i have other bikes i can ride. I was just excited to use the full cdi system I bought off of him but the coil failed immediately. I can wait. people dont have houses. my problems are very minor in comparison.

    Right carb crossover issue

    Leaky float takes the cake. Didn't leak during my ultrasonic cleaning, didn't leak afterwards when dunking in warm water. But it sure leaked when it was in the carb. Soldered it up and it still floats nice and level. Thanks everybody.

    Aftermarket, but Japanese NOS from the 70s. It’s not mikuni but it’s not an Amazon kit. Carbs linked by fuel line.
