Slowly trying to work thru several issues...Two biggest are the left cylinder seams to run hotter than the right. Exhaust header is a lot hotter. Part of which maybe a fouled right plug. I have constant spark with the timing light. The exhaust out the mufflers is noticeably different. But also...

I guess I had the timing set correctly. Three kicks and Bain lit off and ran long enough the warm the pipes. I also left the basement door to our house open. I told my wife it was a new diesel incense I was trying for Christmas...But the twin didn't hold together long. Nor would it start again...

How big are the parts for powder coating? My wife only uses our oven about once a week...

Found it! among other things... Long story short. I also found a pin, or roller bearing, after setting the engine in the frame. It was on the floor on the right side of "Bane" by the rear tire. I had mounted the head and valve cover was on before setting it in the chassis. I know it is not from...
