Found the relay. It’s under the tool holder behind the battery. One of the contacts was corroded. Cleaned it up and she’s good to go.

You’re right. I noticed also that the horn doesn’t work, but it makes a small sound and dims the lights on the dash. When I remove the flasher canceling unit the flashers and break lights still work fine. I can’t find a headlight relay anywhere but my model doesn’t have the headlights on off...

With the headlight relay unplugged the dash lights still work, I noticed on some other models removing this relay kills the dash lights too but I guess not on this one. If there’s a way to bypass the thing I’d rather do that than replace a part that will go bad again. It’s a 5 pin connector.

Wheel spins freely-ish when it’s lifted, it definitely doesn’t spin by itself but there’s also not much resistance. I don’t really know how freely it is supposed to spin because I’m the new owner of this bike. Brake isn’t rubbing or anything.

It’s much more difficult to roll it backwards than forwards, enough that the front of the bike ends up lifting up when I try pulling it back. Bike has no problem taking off when it’s in gear.
