    I was about to say the same. Me litl' H1 400 pounder(515# with me) weaves a lot at 90-100MPH. No farings and tucked. Tries to blow me skinny arse off the seat and constant steering correction needed.

    If the sleeve IS shrunk fit. Rare on '70's bikes. Usually it is cast with jug. Starting in later '70's spray bores came in. So, you must distinguish and determine if you can do for the profit. Many complex things here.

    I would know the bore spacing and deck height. Check parallelism base to deck. Find reference datum for x/y on jug. Find datums for machining, requalify. Establish master cylinder position. Requalify master datum. Bore.
