    Was an early thing. Don't think I ever found em wired even on real low # XS1's..... They might have thought it was needed cuz you can't put much torque on those thin spacer tubes in the filter without squashing em.

    yup Yamaha uses a LOT of standard metric fine thread. this swing arm bolt same as XS1B out in the SOIR. swing arm bolt thread nut diameter pitch M14 fine 14mm diameter 1.5 pitch

    At that price? :yikes: nickel on the dollar.. :whistle: pretty far down on the list of tools you gotta have, but handy when you need to fine tune something really hard. Came with pretty much everything but a couple of the longer ID grinder extensions.
