    What needle jet is this!!?

sadly, that is not it. seems there are more than one needle jet titled x-6. i found another forum on this topic exactly, and it seems like the z-8 mikesxs sells is a good modern day equivalent. with that said... i ordered those and hopefully they will work out! thouggh the carbs didnt have the...

    What needle jet is this!!?

@gggGary Got these new carbs supposedly for xs360. They do appear to be the same carbs I’ve currently got on the bike. Only difference being the top caps are labeled slightly different, and the float bowl is stamped 2 rather than mine which are stamped 1. But I’m assuming this is just two...

Wow good find. Offer sent. Those look like stock bs34’s to you? Or you think that’s the same type I’ve got? Also what exactly do you mean by “correct for an xs360” Thank you for all your help!

Well I guess to say there was nothing wrong is a bit of an exaggeration. It never ran super smooth. But it did run

    What needle jet is this!!?

well, before i broke it nothing was wrong. i accidentally levered against it when i was pulling the two carbs apart.... would you recommend i just get a set of bs34's? do i get a more modern pair of vm carbs? im sort of lost here... didnt realize the 38's were that much of a difference.

    What needle jet is this!!?

well thats very interesting!!! i guess im only calling them a bs38 based off the diameter and what someone at mikesxs told me. im very curios to hear more about them not being for the us market. wondering if this is all a waste of time and i should just find some standard bs34's and go from there...

    What needle jet is this!!?

these is definitely 38’s and not 34’s. I can’t find any reference to the x-6 needle jet. Do I just need the z-6 short? Seems like people have the issue that mikesxs only sells the z-6 in the long variety but you can get the 4 and 8 in the short style- if I’m understanding correctly?

    What needle jet is this!!?

No dice. I guess part of my question is- could these possibly be misprinted? Thinking maybe they are the z-6 short which I was reading miles only sells the long- which would be what I got. Seems like they have the z-8 short which could work?

    What needle jet is this!!?

I’ve got an xs360 that at some point had its carbs swapped for bs38’s. Don’t know from what bike the came from… in cleaning I accidently snapped one of the needle jets. They are very clearly marked with the Mikuni logo and X-6. Cant find anything marked x-6, ordered the z-6 from mikesxs and...
