    Can you post a picture of the profile of the cam, You need to take the width from the height then times it by something think its 2.6 or something like that to get the lift. It's definitely not megacycle as there's no space after 250

    Does it have a date stamped on it? First numbers 250 look like mega cycle numbers, if its an old cam they have different end numbers, there was one on ebay recently that was 50 x9

    If the cranks been welded its possible the weld is too thick and catching the case, spin it a few times take yhe cases apart and see where and what is catching as there will be catch marks on the casing
