    ETHANOL FREE FUEL?

I've seen various examples of the technique and makes sense. I remember "back in the day" gas line anti freeze in a bottle to prevent water in fuel from freezing in your gas lines during cold spells was just alcohol in a bottle you added to the gas tank. It combined with the water and thawed it...

    WTF pictures

Back in the early 90's the company I worked for was a heavy industry repair organization, primarily power generation, oil refining and paper plants. We had a contract to do a steam chest repair at a coal fired plant here in the US and we contacted a UK based company, Silk Machines, about...

You also have to realize that racing pipes are typically tuned to run full throttle or near that, rather than broad range suitability

In addition to the old Chilton's these are my other references, unfortunately I don't have Rupert Ratio but will look it up. The Workshop manual I have as a pdf and can email it to you if interested.

    BSA / Triumph - TR25 250 single

I found this personally amusing, a used 250 I picked up had a stuck piston in the bore. I removed rocker box and head, used a stud remover to remove the cylinder studs, tapped the cylinder stud holes in the barrel, made a 1" thick plate to match that bolt pattern with a 1"-8 tapped hole in the...

    BSA / Triumph - TR25 250 single

I have an old Chilton's manual that covered ALL the later model BSA's, singles, twins and triples. It had some photos but also very detailed drawings of some assembly steps which are really clearer and easier to comprehend than most photos. As for your rotor, all the ones I've seen had timing...

    BSA / Triumph - TR25 250 single

Never had Rod issues with either of mine, but I have it on good authority it uses the same rod as the Triumph 500 twin. I always found the weak spot was an exhaust valve that would float if revved too high. Good application for Kibble White springs
