I ended up getting the module from Vape & fitted it. Works a treat now!

Are you using the Porsche style tappet adjuster? Make sure it's not catching on the lip of the valve retainer. See if you can put a finger on the tappet to feel the click.

I have a box of resistors I need to find in the workshop that might do the trick. I also notice they have a plug-in module for electronic tacho.

Just went out on the First Ride! What a fugn bewdy! Took it fairly easy as it's mostly new, didn't go over 1/2 throttle, but seems like it's got plenty of torque. Brakes work nice & the 277 sounds excellent through the MAC pipes. Seems to handle well, maybe a bit low as I scraped the sidestand...

Got to 38C today. Damn hot!

35C today & predicted 37C tomorrow! I won't be working too much in the afternoon.

I checked mine before fitting them, first one was spot on, but the second was 3mm lower.

It's off the bike lift!

Stage 1 finished. Just need to get some correct fuel hose tomorrow & then test ride! I'll get it booked in for Road Worthy test as soon as I can & then strip it down again for a few more modifications.

It's a runner! Put some fuel in the carbs & fired it up. Sounds nice😎
