    Painting Tins. No really...

Back in the 70`s we sold a "Sun Gun" that was a incandescent bulb that was supposed to show true color. I think it was about 1500W and could only be on for about 10 seconds. There were also true color (sunlight) bulbs for inside the paint booth. I couldn`t tell much difference. BTW is...

    Gary Hoos just announced it

Man I`m really sad to see him go. He was my first choice go to source for all my carb, exhaust and engine parts. I`m glad I finished my trackers while he was in business. First Johnny Isaacs and now Gary Hoos.😢😢 I hope Jerry Cheney doesn`t call it quits. I`m not done building XS650`s yet.

Looks like the Standard I posted on here Mar 12. (Post # 4008) It was $2000 on FB. If it`s the same guy I guess he`ll just have to settle for $8450 instead. Took a closer look. Not the same bike. No mirrors and a lot nicer bike.

Battery Box & Electrical Tray for Cafe Racer

The box was TIG welded inside and out so that the box could be smoothed and polished. You need to drill a (stop hole) at the base of each joint before bending into shape. Since I built the box for the Scrambler pictured I`ve built boxes to use a Lithium Ion battery. Very compact.
