Please tell me, is there anything special about bolt #12, and washer #13, in this cylinder head cover diagram? The bagged and tagged motor that I brought is missing 3 of the 4 required for reassembly. They are over $8 each at a Yamaha dealer here in Edmonton, and not available through 650 direct.
