Kickstart shaft seal needed, and how to replace?

when levering the old seal out, use a chunk of wood between the seal and case. on re-install, lube the seal with the same oil u use in the motor. then a socket the appropriate size to push the new one in. light taps with a hammer to socket to seal will get it done.

gloves .... I need some suggestions

Equine gloves. The palms are thin leather to feel the reins, and the backs and fingers are insulated. I hate thick gloves. I had a 2003 Suzuki with one inch bars and always had cramps in my hand. After I found rein gloves, problem solved.

Got my new riding pants and balancing beads today!

Check the tire to rim fit. When you took the valve core out, and air escaped, the tire may have slipped a bit on the rim, or the tube might have kinked inside. Deflate and check. I used a oz. In my 19" and it did hop a tad, but I chocked it up to a cheng-shen cheap tire.

I thought it was just baking soda? I weld in my attached garage, and have a all situation extinguisher. After I weld something I hang out for about an hour. I never weld and just leave. Since we're on the safety tip here, make sure you have proper ventilation. Not just for exhaust fumes, but...
