Hello folks, thanks to a fellow member of this site i was able to install and wire a mixesxs PMA kit, and Pamco advance setup on my 81 xs....after installing, i checked my battery to see how my charging system was working now...at idle, (1200-1400 just a guess), my battery was at 14.9 volts...

Hello folks..been a looong time since ive been on here..mainly because my bike just refuses to charge its battery....soo after about 3 years i finally saved up enough money to buy the ultimate PMA/Pamco kit from mike's xs to convert my 81 xs650 over to the new PMA instead of the stock alternator...

Does 4,000-4,500 rpm at 55 mph sound right? I feel like my xs is screaming and wanting a sixth gear, is there somethong to adjust?

I habe an 81 xs650H, i need the little black rectangular/round thing on my stator housing thats mounted at 12o clock...TCI. ignition but i cannot find this part anywhere in the world, ive checked every single motorcycle parr website i could find, but i dont know the actual nomenclature of this...

Im looking for the trigger pickup unit( the one on the stator housing, not the one under the battery) needs to fit an 81 xs650H..please help!!!

Ok so im believing that my neutral light switch on my motor case is bad after several tests i have performed...now a really stupid question...does anyone know where to get a new one? I have an 81 xs650 and mikesxs.net does not have one

ok i will spare you guys thee nonsense of explaining everything i've done to my XS, but in a nutshell i have completely replaced every charging system component on my bike, after intial installation of new rotor and stator, i re-installed the sidecover and accidentally pinched the pick-up coil...
