    Brake Caliper Frozen and more

Let it soak in PB Blaster or transmission fluid mixed with mineral spirits overnight. Use compressed air with a wooden block to act as a stopper. I've done this hundreds of times, never a problem. I would use grease method as a last resort...not interested in cleaning that out.

https://www.metric-conversions.org/energy-and-power/foot-pounds-to-newton-meters.htm You mean after the motor work? I would think possibly if the valve adjustments are out of spec, but I would lean more towards that carb/intake setup. I'm by no means a restoration nazi but if you're going to...

It depends on where you reconnect those rear frame tubes and if/where you move the rear shocks. Where are you from? Looks like South America.

Heritage airbox should fit, as far as I know. Better double check with the experts, though. Frame just needs a repaint to be perfect. Just surface rust, perfectly straight from my examinations. Tom

Blasted and painted a Honda headlight bucket. Made a seat bracket out of steel stock that was originally holding a door together on the house. More ugly welds. When the kids are behaving I run out to the garage and see what I can do and it starts to really show at times like this. More...

They are unpolished CNC bent pipes. They're not that bad at all, I thought there would be a lot more tooling marks to clean up.

Some more powder coat that was not masked. I swear after all of this the biggest job will be removing all the amateur-job powdercoat. This spot in particular was keeping me from flipping the pegs up. Bending the shifter. I guess I don't have any pics of the kick starter. I tried to heat...

If it takes me this long to make a post, imagine how much wrenching time I get... Before shots with stock pipes After shots with HHB SS Speedster Pipes. I wanted to stick with the stock pipes but they were not clearing my rearsets. I was a little disappointed in the options for pipes...

Thanks to peterg, I've updated the wiring diagram in post 10. Yes I completely disassembled them and cleaned them so they were bone dry. I'm going to start with adding more as the forks were completely empty when I assembled them. I'll move up the viscosity if I still don't like the feel...

Neutral switch...doh! Thanks! The rear turns actually light up dimmed when the brake is applied, then go full bright with the flasher. I did it this way because my original design was to have no center brake light. I'm not ready to abandon the idea until I get a feel for how it acts. The...

Welded in a couple backing plates to mount an aluminum tray for electronic components and storage. The pattern for the underseat tray. Some more powder coat on a mating surface that I had to remove I took this pic because the manual said to put 175 mL of fork oil in each fork. It...
