Sold / Found / Inactive - Found!!: Rear Brake Pedal & Left and Right Footrests for 1970-1973 650's

ya know, i held them up right against my tx650 and they are ever so slightly different. If you want i can see if they'll mount and clear the correct levers and exhaust but i'm thinking they may have come off some other bike. I was just told they came off a tx650 when i bought some forks/wheel...

Sold / Found / Inactive - Found!!: Rear Brake Pedal & Left and Right Footrests for 1970-1973 650's

I can sell you this set. I picked them up when i bought some other stuff from a TX650. They measure 83mm between mounting holes so I'd think they're correct.... Not perfect but pretty nice and def. ready2ride.

Sold / Found / Inactive - Kick start assembly

Don't rule out polishing the steel one you have. More upkeep than chrome but if it's inside in foul weather, it's a viable option. I've been pleasently surprised with how well polished mild steel looks. Chroming is super expensive and pretty awful for the environment, although maybe newer...

    Wanted - 13.5 inch shocks.

Never rode on them... found something else locally and swapped them out. They're just stock modern Triumph Bonneville shocks in good condition, nothing too special.

Kinda forgot I had a thread going for this little project... updates... *Wiring is nearly done, gonna wrap it in some funky looking rope housing. *Scored some NOS MCM headers for very cheap, were not a straight forward bolt on option but I did make some stock diameter spigots to hopefully keep...

    Wanted - XS650 in Portugal.

4,000 euros? That seems completely crazy, maybe 400 euros at the most. Sounds like its in bad condition but without knowing what the XS650 market is in Portugal first hand, I don't know what it's worth. I always say, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Everyone I talk to who...

Is it my turn? Anything to do with lathes, mills and other shop tools

The author of that video mrpete222 is amazing as well. I believe he is a retired shop teacher and has made probably thousands of extremely informative videos on youtube for free. Another good video series is the MIT Machine Shop Training Series, you can google that and the 10 parts of the series...
