It’s mind boggling that Yamaha put this cdi unit under the battery. I’m guessing they wanted some air around it? I’m thinking about building an electric box to hide wires and such and wondered if it needs to be out in the open or ok to be enclosed.

I like the look of a smaller disc on the front. Are there any straight bolt ups of disc and caliper that are noticeably smaller in size? I’m also looking to move the disc from the right to the left.
