is it ok to weld on the frame with the motor installed?? also can you ho,d the item your welding with your hands or will it shock you?? NNooobbb wuestions thanks

along with the harness... do you have any reg/ rec laying around for a 73 tx650 with stock charging system?? I got ebay'ed and bought one "for an xs" that is wrong.

I checked the parts fische that was posted above not sure what I am looking for.. is it going to be better to just get a new re/rec from mikes or 650central??

I lltry to get pics up. juset to reiderate the reg/rec is a combined unit. not the stock seperate style.

first off installing on a 73 tx 650 with 750 big bore.....mking my own wireing harness no stock harness. minimal needed to run and head,tail rear turn lights. I have two reg/recs that came with my box o parts. 1. has 8 wires...three yellow....one white and one black, all to one white...

I just bought a 750 piston and cylinders from him.. said he was pretty busy and back up for another small project. I did not ask about head work though. anyone else hava an opinion?
