looking good. consider swapping out those bars. you will be amazed at how much better the bike feels. i have 'superbike' bars on mine and it is much easier to maneuver.

i guess anything can be done although i haven't heard of anyone using a pma setup with tci. you'd have to get that magnet on the flywheel pretty precise to keep your timing right. custom mounting your pickup coil would likely leave it unprotected to the elements and of course look like sin...

i would take another look at this. if you can't fit the ball bearing in with the new lever then i'm not sure that lever is gonna work. make sure your clutch is adjusted according to the manual. might be an easy fix.

pretty good list to start. consider replacing your brake lines with ss braided lines. flush out fork fluid and replace, i can almost guarantee it's shot. nice looking bike!

i'm in the 'junk it' crowd. i gotta think even in the uk that you can find another xs tank or another model you can make work on your project. anything can be fixed but just need to figure if the time vs. money vs. value is worth it.
