I purchased this directly from Cheney however the pivot point width does not fit my 71 XS650 frame. (Pivot points on the 71's is only 7 3/4 inches wide.)
Measurements for this setup are 8 5/8's inch pivot point and overall length from center of the pivot point to the furthest axle adjustment is 21 1/2 inches

What is the rear axle size and what is the distance between the inside of the rear axle tubes?
20mm axle and 8 5/8's wide between the rear axle tubes.
