Ahhh wiring. Guys, I’m a little stumped. Just need to get wires identified and to the right places. First off, I have minimal wiring. I started from scratch as my bikes will only be ridden in the desert. No lights… for now. I just replaced the stator, rotor and regulator with Mikes XS kit. Not an issue. I ran the red power wire to the capacitor up to the kill switch and grounded the cap. The kill switch is Not a momentary button, but an old switch that looks very much like the ones on the old Honda Elsinores. Ths real issue is the coils. My power wire “white” off the kill switch is connected to the stock coils “brown” wires. The “orange” coil wires look to plug together along with the “orange” points wire. My problem comes with the grey wire off the points. I believe this should also be plugged into the “brown” coil wires due to having dual points, or points to each cylinder. Then theres the “black” condenser wires. Where are they going? are these considered the grounds to both coils? Where should they connect? Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
