I have an unrestored stock 1975 Yamaha XS 650B. 6,440 original miles. I am the 2nd owner.

Great all-original condition and meticulously maintained. This bike was recovered from a Detroit residential garage in 2012 with 2,500 miles on it where it had sat since 1986 under a heavy canvas cover. A true barn find. It still has the original dealer sticker on the front fender.

This bike won the 2015 Long Beach Japanese Classic Motorcycle Show “Best Unrestored” award in a crowded field of classic bikes.

Recently replaced fuel lines and filters. Includes Yuasa sealed battery and points replaced with Pamco electronic ignition (original stator and points are included). Tires are Bridgestone Battleaxes. Everything else is stock and original. I have both of the original mirrors as well which are basically new.

Original paint all around in excellent condition. Chrome is in good condition with some very minor surface pitting and some unoticable marks on the left exhaust pipe where the previous owner leaked battery acid on it.

Has a small tear in the seat (see photo), a very small dent on the top of the front fender, and a dent on the tank that were all there since I acquired the bike 8 years ago.

Runs and rides great with no issues. Selling it because I just don’t ride it anymore and want to see it go to someone who will enjoy it.

Clean title in hand with actual miles. California tag registered through August 2020.

Local pickup in Costa Mesa.

$4,000 obo. Serious inquiries only, all others will be ignored. Cash only.

Looks very nice!

I had one just like it in the mid-late 1970s and certainly regret selling it.
