1978 XS650 Electrical Rebuild

Fantastic. I think I have it squared away now. I think I'll be right under 25 amps for the front end power. The horns draw 6 amps max. 12 amps total because there are two of them. High note and Low note. The headlight pulls 5.4 amps. and the signal lights are LED so super low draw for all of those. Total without the LED signals and gauge lights is 17.4 amps. Since the signals, LED lights on the switches, and the horns are momentary, I think I'll be alright with a 30 amp fuse. Max amps for the fuse panel is 100 amps. Tail has a 10 amp fuse, Brake has a 10 amp fuse, Ignition to coil has a 15 amp fuse, and the front end power has a 30 amp fuse. 65 amps for the whole fuse box.

. If the horns draw 12A, put a 15A in there. That Pamco iggy only needs a 7.5A. I think you're way over on the lights. Originally, your XS only had a 20A MAIN fuse. Other that the horns, your bike should follow that pretty close.
