Free - 2 frames for free - San Francisco

I have two frames that have been sitting in my backyard for a year or two now. Both frames have some rust but nothing that cant be brought back to useable condition.

Frame 1:
1977 standard. Includes swing arm. I have a title for this and its clean but has $600 in back fees that the DMV wont clear for me.

Frame 2:
1982? Special frame. With swing arm. Bill of Sale only.

I was going to throw these in the metal scrap yard as they are taking up space. But if anyone wants to come pick them up they are more than welcome.

Frames are located in Half Moon Bay, CA, just south of San Francisco. Sorry I don't have any pictures, I will try to upload some this weekend when I can get some time.
