2023 XS650 Calendar - Nominations

I finally finished my xs650-
Of course a build like this you are always going to tweek and make improvements.
Still have to do a tail light but you get the idea…
It is an absolute animal- carb up close and personal- exhaust wide open and and a jockey shift.

Very happy with my part time left over parts build.

Well, it's certainly an interesting, perhaps unique take on the XS650. Think I can safely say, would not attain an MoT in the United Kingdom.

Hi everyone
I'm thinking I would love a shot at a calendar entry, I reckon I might have the beastie running and photogenic in time to submit a completed pic, fingers crossed.
I bought her in 2006 as a complete but very weathered not running pile from a guy called Water Rat for a dollar a CC, stripped her and panicked so into storage she went until Covid when I needed a distraction and remembered there was something interesting buried deep in my tiny shed that might do the job.
She's my 3rd XS650 and 7th Yamy XS, something weard about XS's and me.
The paint is inspired by my wifes favorite sexy undies, the style is inspired by the dreaming of a 20's something me with the first 650.
What do you guys reckon?

Mid 70’s triumph bonneville 750 , installed back then. Still have original.

So, it's a T140 bar. Yeah, the original needs to stay with the bike if it ever changes owners. That's a nice bike for sure.
