It's time to start gearing up for the rally! With only a few months to go, updates will begin coming fast and furious. Watch for details on the official 25th Anniversary T-shirt, which will be finalized soon to allow advance ordering and printing.


MOST IMPORTANT – MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW!


Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge still has some excellent accommodations available, but they are filling quickly:


4 Private Rooms (Lone Star & Homestead)
6 Semi-Private Rooms (near the Lodge and Stream)
1 Air-Conditioned Conestoga Wagon (Twin Beds)
Bunkhouse #1 – Several bunks available (Bunkhouse #2 is full)
RV Sites – Only a couple remain. If you're bringing an RV, RESERVE NOW!
🏕 Primitive Camping – Plenty of space available, including a new camping area


PLEASE mention "Vintage Yamaha Rally" when making your reservation.


There is no special rate, but identifying yourself with the rally helps Iron Horse provide us with a head count. No personal information is shared—only the number of attendees. Strong participation may help secure extras such as live music on Saturday night and other special touches for our 25th anniversary celebration.

Unfortunately, it’s going away. Once beautiful roads are getting 4 lane treatment. Housing is going in everywhere with the accompanying traffic. Best get up there and enjoy it while we can.

In one form or another, this rally has been going on for 25 years. I attended the first 19. I have a reservation for 2026. My wife will join me. She enjoys the event with or without motorcycles.

This year’s shirt is extra special as we celebrate 25 YEARS of the Vintage Yamaha Rally! The three-color design on the back was created especially for this milestone event, and we think it’s going to be one you’ll want to have in your collection.

IMPORTANT: Shirts are PRE-ORDER ONLY. We will not have extra shirts available for purchase at the Rally, so if you want one, you need to order now!

We are getting VERY excited about seeing everyone again at the end of next month! It’s hard to believe we’re getting ready to celebrate 25 years of Vintage Yamaha Rally tradition.

There is still time to make arrangements at IronHorse Motorcycle Lodge. Camping availability should still be pretty good, although rooms are becoming very limited.

Other nearby options include SanRan in Robbinsville and hotels in Bryson City. They may be a little less convenient, but we'd much rather have you nearby than miss having you with us for the 25th Annual Rally!

We can't wait to see old friends, make some new ones, talk Yamahas, ride some great roads, and celebrate 25 YEARS together!

The countdown is on! If you haven’t ordered your 25th Annual Vintage Yamaha Rally shirt, the deadline is quickly approaching. September 1 is the deadline!

And while we’re counting down to the Rally, the Yama-Goodies are starting to arrive!

Nancy has been reaching out to many of our commercial friends and supporters, asking for small donations to help make our 25th Annual Event extra special. Some have been able to contribute this year, while others unfortunately aren’t able to—and we completely understand.

For those that ordered a VYR shirt, Nancy will have them properly organized with a "Goodie Bag" at the registration table on FRIDAY MORNING of the rally.

To reach a price break point, we did order a couple extra. These are first-come basis at the rally.
