I'm sure there's more to do, but this is it for now. The washers at the bottom of the pic will get replaced with new, so I didn't plate 'em.
The top end oil feed tube was a right mess. Got it cleaned up and it turns out it's brass fittings soldered onto copper tubing. It gives a pretty good idea how well the zinc plating took. I polished it with an SOS pad... scrubbed the hell out of it actually. Never went through the plating.
And then it decided to show me how much plating is on there. I needed to tweak it slightly to fit the rocker box... a bit more than a tweak actually... enough that I cracked the plating in the bend. No worries, I'm sure there's more for me to drag out the plating equipment for, so I'll make sure it's bent to it's final shape and re-plate it.
Seal kit arrived a few days back, so I replaced the tranny output seal and the left crank seal.
Front sprocket in the size I wanted is out of stock everywhere I looked. Well, found a few north of 80 bucks on Ebay, but I ain't in the mood to get fleeced like that, so I reinstalled the old sprocket. It'll work just fine for now.
Back to waiting on parts and piddlin' around here and there.
