So I decided I wanted to use a more stylish set of clutch and brake controls and to do so required that I use 1" handlebars in order to use something designed for a custom Harley-Davidson most likely. I did look around for a set of 7/8 and I even put a post on this site ,but I didn't come across anything like what I was looking for. So anyways here I am in the usual place of having to make something to accomplish what I'm doing. I am surprised however with all the custom parts available for these bikes that no one make a cable that fits this application. To be clear it needs to fit the bike at the clutch as it currently does but the end that attaches to the clutch lever needs to be different or in the style Harley-Davidson uses. So far I have made something work but it seems like I can't be the first person to do this. I'm hoping someone know we're I can find a cable pre made for this application.
