The bolt on my oil filter has the same look to the end of it. I would pull the lower engine oil filter and have a look at it too. Could be the cam chain guide or one of the gears rubber. A few flakes are almost normal and that’s why I change my oil more often then I probably need to. My first oil change when I bought my bike looked a little similar to yours. If it was me and you weren’t tearing the engine down yet then I would clean the two filters and run it another 500 miles then check again. That is unless you hear grinding noises those usually aren’t good. You may be able to peek up the bottom of the engine with the lower filter removed and see if you even have any plastic left on the cam chain guide.

Ive got another motor on the engine stand getting ready to build into a 706 with a few bells and whistles the motor ive got on my bike now the one the pics r of is a used one i bought last season and used all last season i was changeing the oil in it today getting ready for this season and found this

There is a big black bit on the oil screen. Its shape is characteristic of the rubber on the edge of the front cam chain guide. I would suspect the cam chain guide is failing/failed and if true then the metal shavings are aluminium from the guide. Test the shavings with a magnet to confirm whether they are aluminium or iron. Also, as pointed out above, the presence of flakes in the top oil screen implies there is a hole in the bottom oil screen.
