A former life.

I was a U.S.P.S. letter carrier, a substitute , a hard job. A lot of problems with dogs. But also some real sweet ones, a blood hound that starting wiggling for joy when he saw me 10 houses down. A basset hound on a leash pulled his mom 100 yards because he wanted to say hello . Had to use pepper spray few times, there are mean dogs, usually they have mean owners IMHO>

We don’t deserve dogs.

Grew up with all kinds of different breeds: Newfoundland/ Wolf, Rhodesian Ridgeback, German Shepard, Border Collie/ Black Lab.

Met my wife and her family had Boston Terriers (they are funny little dogs with big personalities). We ended up getting one and had him for 10 years until he got cancer and we had to put him down (about 3 years ago). It gutted me.

This past year my daughter was pushing hard for another dog. We finally relented and adopted a rescue from Mexico in the spring.

Thought he was a mix, but all signs point to him being a pure bread Manchester Terrier.

He was just what we needed.
