Yeah, I learned to drive on a 1961 Impala 2-door hardtop with a 348, 3 2-barrel carbs, and a 3 on the column. No power steering, no power brakes. I was 5'6"-5'7", weighed 120lbs, and was required to be able to parallel park and keep the car from rolling backwards on a steep hill by switching from the brake to the clutch.
