Another Fouled Plug Thread

Well, you're not overcharging.... which is a good thing. I don't think you'll hurt anything but don't hold me to that if sumpin does break. ;)
Keep checking the batt voltage to make sure your batt isn't discharging to the point you'll get stranded.
Any chance of getting a closeup pic of the brush holder as it sits right now?

OK.... this isn't causing a problem (yet) but it needs to be addressed.
The top of the brush needs to sit flush in the saddle of the brush holder. It looks like your terminal is under the brush tab. It needs to go on top with the brush tang down on the brush holder. Can't tell in the pics, but make sure the other brush sits correctly also....

Thanks Jim I have corrected this. The metal part of the brush is now sitting flush in the saddle of the brush holder. The terminal has been corrected to sit on top of the brush tab.

You know, I have no problem making mistakes (I have made A LOT in this thread alone) as it affords me the best opportunity to learn.
