Kinda a cool flick.... they had the clubhouse looks spot on but I would recommend a movie called The Loveless I think around 1980 or 1981 with William Dafoe (sp)? a slow movie, kind of artsy but the story is excellent. Just trying to get somewhereView attachment 330987

I attended the first Wide World of Sports Superbikers back in 1979 if I remember right. Drove all night from El Paso to Carlsbad with a friend. Pulled into the parking lot, found something to eat, watched the race, and drove back to El Paso. I stood on the fence right next to Brad Lackey and talked to him during one of the heats.Wide World of Sports from back in the day...
