Hello,
I am trying to rewire my chopper. The previous owner did a quickie job and ran most of the wires from the ignition post on the keyswitch with no fuses:
I am putting in a small fusebox and installing new wires. I think I have everything figured out except the blue wire coming out of the regulator/rectifier:
All of the wiring diagrams I am seeing online show white wires from the regulator, but I have yellow wires. The blue wire is currently connected to the ignition hot post with three other wires. Should I put this on it's own circuit on the fuse block, or does it need to be tied in with another system? What size fuse should I use if it gets it's own circuit?
The best I can figure is that I am running a Pamco ignition with the original stator assembly. I have the nylon screws installed.
Any information would be helpful. Thank you!
Mike
