Just had a look at Ikon's current offerings. The Koni successor double-clickers are gone. The best of the current offerings are the 7610 and 7614, which have only two adjustments: spring preload and 4-step rebound damping. Probably good value for the money, but a big step down from what Ikon used to offer. Hagon has some interesting offerings.

I fitted a pair of YSS RE302-320-09 shocks on my XS and they were a huge improvement over the knackered 40+ year-old originals. I suppose, anything would have.

My XS2‘s factory shocks rode like a hard tail, sometimes if I hit a hard bump it would make me go OOF! I installed a set of Ikon 76 series shocks. Just a good basic hydraulic shock, it transformed the ride of my bike.

Mailman, what's a good source for Ikon shocks. Needed for the Suzuki, not the XS.
