Hey guys, This is as big of a surprise to me as it is to you, but for the last year (ever since I built my first XS) I've been dreaming of having my own shop, even just for myself to work on my bikes. It's my therapy so to say. Well in the last six months I've gone from living at home, going to college, to moving into a shop space with a teacher from the school, buying two more of my own bikes, and 4 more that I never intended to build, but when someone calls you up and says "Hey can you build me a custom bike? I'll finance the build, and pay your labor rates." why would anyone say no! So now I have 6 bikes that I'm building, A cb750 Monoshock conversion Cafe Racer, A CB900 crazy 280 rear tire chopper build, Another XS650 bobber, A CB175 bike for a charity auction, And two old yamaha dirt bike revives. People kept asking me and I never had an answer, so I've finally settled on a name.

Shop Logic Customs.

On top of all this, we are possible expanding into a legitimate 50X40 ft Heated/AC shop space and taking this thing to the next level.

I have 2 more builds lined up for the fall for clients, and can't wait to keep rolling em out!

Shop Logic Customs is officially in business!

We are based out of minneapolis and our goal is to provide service to create custom bikes that your average American can actually afford to own....cough....not harleys....cough... haha (doesn't mean we won't work on em tho!) :)

Anyway I'm just super excited that the universe has dealt such a generous hand, from something that just started out as my own kind of therapy.

I have to say guys, none of this would ever have been possible if it weren't for the support of this forum, and the knowledge I've gained from everyone on here! I cannot say thank you enough to my fellow XS riders!

We are currently working on a website, and hoping to offer a Monoshock conversion kit for the CB, possible another one for the XS, and our own hardtail for the XS within the next year so stay frosty and hit me up with any recommendations for parts/kits you'd like to see made available for these bikes!

As of now we're just a small shop, but in my opinion a small shop is better than no shop at all!

Here's some pics of some of what we're workin on!

There are lots of "little parts" that could make you a bit of change. Think motor mounts, carb brackets, seat hinges, suicide shifters, headlight brackets, electronics boxes, etc. as long as you build something unique and high quality, I think you will do well. Congrats on the good news!

Congrats dude! Plan to visit family in Minnesota next month. Would love to check out your shop when I'm down there.

congratulations mate.!

As long as the incomings always exceed the outgoings everything will be fine :D:

good luck

I don't like guys cutting good bikes in half, but if you could eliminate the central downtube on your hardtail kits, it would allow symetrical single carb setups. Just throwing it out there.
