Carb slide question '81 XS

Yellow line should be branded tygon for fuel use or Oregon brand. I have no problems with either of those. I ended up a with a roll of non fuel tygon (medical I think) It swells a bit when exposed to fuel but still works just fine. I usually buy Oregon fuel line from Farm and fleet, they sell by the foot but most chainsaw shops have the Oregon brand yellow fuel line. I like to be able to see gas inside the line.

I should have remembered- the yellow fuel line did NOT have any fuel entered into it. The line was brand new.

I will still buy the black rubber line, though. I don't want to have to do this again. And I still don't know what caused the "debris" in the new yellow line.
