Charging troubles AGAIN

Got a new rotor from E-bay. Installed and was charging good. drove bike about 25 miles and the darn thing is not charging again. Check ohms between the two copper rings and not getting the 5 to 6 ohms I was getting before I installed it.
Is it possible these aftermarket ones are not that good.
It took about 3 weeks to get this from California since I'm in Alberta Canada. Sent a note to seller explaining my troubles. Hope he stands behind his product.

Yes, the quality on repop rotors can be bad. Your best bet is to send your old one off to Jim for a proper rewind.

Perhaps a new regulator ???
What do you get measuring between slip rings ?
